Prayer is a form of communication between God and man and man and God....I am always impressed by the fact that it is recorded that the only thing that the disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to do was to pray.

Take a reflective prayer walk with Jesus, setting the intention to be in solitude with God. Relish the movement of your body, breathe in the fresh air, and soak in the beauty around you. Acknowledge and appreciate God's craftsmanship in both nature and in you. Express your love for Him, grateful for His gifts and goodness in your life.
